CO-FOUNDERS / AUSTRALIA & CHINA

Built between
Australia and China.

Site Ready Direct combines Australian building-product knowledge with international logistics and supply-chain experience, helping homeowners and small builders manage a factory-direct journey with clearer technical and delivery coordination.

COMPLEMENTARY EXPERIENCE

From product design
to final delivery.

Two areas of specialist experience support one project journey: defining products that can be manufactured and installed correctly, then coordinating the international supply chain that brings them to Australia.

HOW WE WORK

Useful information before manufacture.

01

Do not hide uncertainty

Estimated dimensions and unresolved requirements should be identified, not treated as final.

02

Design for installation

Clearances, access, fixings, tolerances and interfaces matter alongside appearance.

03

Coordinate the full journey

Products, factory communication, consolidation and delivery planning must work together.

04

Keep responsibility clear

Factory supply does not replace Australian design, installation, licensing or certification duties.
